2023-11-28 11:38:57 +0000 UTCInterestingly, Araki has also stated that Dio could only have awakened The World by the combination of his head and Jonathan's body, Dio alone wouldn't have had he survived Part 1 with his body. And Jonathan's Stand actually gets a name, "The Passion", in the AU Jorge Joestar novel where it works basically the same, with the added power of precognition and seeing into other universes. Though sadly it's still used by Dio for most of it, since he still steals Jonathan's body. Yeah, Jorge Joestar gets kinda crazy. 2023-01-15 01:03:36 +0000 UTCAll hamon masters would have hermit purple as a stand, the creator has said that hamon is a stepping stone to stands and that if part 2 joseph saw a stand user he would be able to see the hazy outline of a stand (also you can see dio use jonathans stand in episode 3 to get a picture of the crusaders)

In the tarot, Judgement is the penultimate card of the Major Arcana, jufgement before receiving the World. It is usually depicted with a scene modeled after the Final Judgement in Christianity, with an angel blowing the horn at the end of days. The card represents judgement, evaluation, awakening, renewal as well as forgiveness and absolution. Very interesting card and thematically on point for this episode.

You can't just fire off a dark humor comment into the void, not knowing what sort of state the person is in at the other end. It's just messed up and horrifically inconsiderate.
