My advice is to go to the office. My aunt fought her last 30 years with health problems (in America). And especially later in life, it meant dealing with a lot of BS from doctor’s offices. It got to the point where she would call them once, and if she didn’t hear from them the same day, we (and later, I) would be at their desk the next morning. Never being Karens, never being rude, but demonstrating that they aren’t going to ignore these bitches. And things got sorted out.

It is medication. I guess from her twitter she said the medication she is on has stopped production in Canada and won't resume until March. So far she hasn't been able to get in contact with her doctor about switching to another medication despite trying
