As a born Texan, I can advocate for Sandy's behavior. NEVER insult Texas in front of a Texan.

Chris White

Because Americans can't drive? Seems to be a pretty consistent thing, it's certainly why roundabouts don't work there.

Latrios (Coen van Haaster)

12:25 How is that the US has such side roads, yet people still manage to crash constantly?

Anzac-A1

Someone in chat asking to ban ads in the US is crazy. Don't they realise that ads are the only reason things like YT are free to use?

Anzac-A1

Except it's clearly a public beach?

Anzac-A1

why am i suddenly relating to sandy- oh. my long-distance relationship

Yagi di Hoshi

I mean technically if plankton is developing the land and he has the rights to the land he is in the right this once

Lenard Starks

No, I’m Texas!

John Playstation

Nice guys finishing last is very common to hear in 80-90 movies

Petter Uppvall

The texas episode is so good,

Gildarts1#fan

Ahh Texas the only place where you can drive 84mph in a 75mph road (not a joke people actually do this)

James Fernandez

Sorry bout that little ramble there, guess I just needed to get that outa my system. XD

As a fellow Canadian, I'm not gonna pretend this country is perfect. As great as Canada is, it does have its fair share of problems, Justin "Blackface" Trudeau is definitely one of them, like you described. Also I remember that story you told about that really weird sussy law regarding break-ins and leaving your keys near the front door. NGL that is pretty BS... Then again no country is perfect, and pretty much every place in the world has its own unique problems one way or another. I guess it's kinda like a pick your poison situation in terms of where you're living in the world. In which case, I'd say Canada arguably has one of the best poisons you could pick. Despite all its flaws, I'd definitely still rather continue to live here than in the U.S. Cause I have American friends online who've told me countless horror stories about their economy and living conditions in the U.S. and how their healthcare system is a JOKE! Especially compared to Canada's which is free, that alone is enough to keep me stayin' where I am ATM... Plus ya know, it's nice living in a society full of mostly nice and generous people (most of the time... You're always bound to run into some assholes no matter where you live), and NTM concealed weapons/firearms being illegal is a big contributing factor to Canada's mostly peaceful society, considering there are significantly far less mass-shootings or gun-related violence incidents compared to the U.S. where they happen literally all the time! From what I've seen/heard at least... Hmm, maybe that's why Canada is often compared to Japan in terms of their society's friendly & peaceful nature?

13:29 Well, typically I don't really care, though I guess it kinda depends on reasoning and context. Like when somebody says anything even remotely bad about another country, if they're simply just joking satirically about it, or trying to get a rise outa ya (like Spongebob and Patrick did to Sandy), or do their harsh words actually come from a place of genuine prejudice against a certain country/culture?... In Canada's case, to me it kinda depends on if somebody is making a valid criticism towards certain aspects of Canada, such as their economy for example, I wouldn't really mind and I'd likely agree with them for the most part. However, if somebody is just blindly hating on somebody else's home country/culture for no good reason, especially if it's based on degrading widespread stereotypical beliefs/notions (which there are definitely a lot of weird-ass stereotypes surrounding Canadians that some people believe to be true, even if they don't make any sense... Sometimes I have no idea WTF they're talking aboot. XD), it's hard not to raise an eyebrow at said individual to say the least.

I was so excited for you to get to the Texas episode! This was my first memory of hearing my dad give a real big belly laugh! When Patrick gets yanked over the hill, my dad lost it!

Paige Erwin

19:34 "boutabeatmahmeat- roo-to to-too. boutabeatmahmeat- roo-to to-too" (from a meme video, not original joke from me.)

Memento Forever

Do you think Sandy ever gets ice cream with Spongebob?

Moku

I forgot about the Alpha male line, this did age well.

Jonathan Canfield

Agreed. That's THE episode for me.

Brantley Fleming

As a Texan born and raised I always found it neat when a character in a cartoon or show represented Texas in a cool fun way. Sandy alone is one of if not the best character that I'm aware of who represents Texas. 2nd off the top of my head being TEXAS from Motorcity.

DrOverbuild8363

Personally, I think of the one that she hasn't seen yet. I don't wanna spoil it, but it has something to do with mayonnaise.

N00B

Uh....$tup¡d?

Chamoun101

Patrick getting yoinked is like my buddy getting grabbed by Ares' in Smite and getting slammed by the entire enemy team.

Calixion Arts

“Their roads are WELL DIS-TRA-BUUTED” I had to paused for a bit to stop laughing.

AnaGothic

I once got in trouble in class as a kid cause I couldn't stop laughing when the Spongebob Elephant thing popped in my head lol

Jaffar Black Fang

“Hey Patrick, what am I?”

Dale Wright

If you had to tell me what is the first episode I think of if you mention Spingebob to me it has to be the Texas episode
