And as for bans, not sure about Youtube, but Twitch has some history banning people for it, though the ones I know of were in actually racist context. Just saying the word isn't racist, but not everyone can tell it's better to play it safe. But honestly, I wouldn't say it, just to avoid the anxiety. Who knows what Youtube decides isn't okay, I wouldn't flip that coin.
