That one scene is like the fascist power rangers visited wonderland and had a tea party. (The juxtaposition of germa and big mom is crazy) I could talk about the other things that happened but everyone else can do that, I just find it sort of hilarious how different the groups are, like if the LGBT community joined hands with the Nazi party sort of thing. Though now that I mentioned it a story where some super fascist group is trapped/explores a magical realm of insanity and joy would be an interesting story, it could be a situation where there is no hero or good guy to back, you just want to see how it ends.

A cool thing about Big Mom laugh is that mom in Japanese could be said as Haha. You know, as in "ha ha ha ha". So Big Mom instead of laughing normally she laughs "Ma ma ma ma"

Your right, but sometimes she isn't hyped about a reveal she predicted and instead barely reacts. I can't think of a specific example of that, but I'm pretty sure its happened with a few big reveals.

This sounds odd for the “Luffy gets his ass beat while he does nothing” episode but this is for me where his true strength is really being put into perspective. Sanji’s kicks break shit. They level mountains, they gonna break some strong ass Haki in Wano and he blocks some crazy attacks. His legs are strong and his Haki is strong. And Sanji is pretty clearly going hard this fight. It may not be 100% but he’s at least like 70% effort in so those are some bone crushing man killing strikes. Everyone we’ve seen really, if not Haki protected would fold to these hits but Luffy is just taking it. It must have just been so long since I watched pre-ts I forgot how durable he is with just his body.

One of my favorite parts of watching Alicia react to.....anything really, but especially One Piece is her speculating about things or theory crafting. It is sometimes disappointing when she gets something right too soon and ruins the reveal for herself or horribly wrong, but its still the main point of reaction channels like this. What bothers me is when she misses certain details or doesn't comment on them, but thats nothing to be upset about. It is what it is.

This is one of the most heartbreaking episodes to me. Also, few fun facts: 1) Episode 808 aired as an hour long episode (I’ll give it to Toei, they understand the importance of this episode). 2) The song playing during Luffy’s speech to Sanji, Alicia heard before she was supposed to. This is the first time it plays in the show, but it also plays during the brothers monologue in Fan Letter. 3) When Luffy is screaming to Sanji, when he says the word “kick”, Sanji’s toe twitch’s in response, easily missed because the twitch is really tiny.

If you need to keep twisting my words and moving to goal post to justify your point, you probably should've given up in the first place. I said interefere in when ordered not to, not prioritize his life over an order. I said stop Zoro, not beat Zoro. The Kuma situation is different, because Luffys life was actively in danger, he was unconscious and no order was given. Luffy's life is not in danger, he is not unconscious and he would absolutely give the order. Sanji was never going to kill Luffy here, Sanji knows that, Luffy knows that, Nami knows that, and Zoro sure as shit would know it too because it is plainly obvious. Not attacking Sanji does not make Luffy defenseless, thats a choice Luffy has made, this is a fight between the two of them and just like Zoro did not interefere in the fight between Luffy and Usopp, he would not interfere here. You've moved this discussion from "Would Zoro disobey an order from Luffy and kill Sanji" to "Would Zoro allow Luffy to die and prioritize his life over an order", if you need to stretch the point this far, you've already lost sight of where you began. So let me get this straight, you believe Zoro would never prioritise Luffy’s life above an order? So when they fought Kuma, if Luffy was still conscious and he told Zoro to not sacrifice himself and then pass out, Zoro would just shrug and say “Captains orders, bye Kuma and Luffy”? Also Luffy not fighting back makes him defensless, he was also able to fight off that small army because this arc gives Luffy the biggest plot armour known to anime and Big Moms kid in that army were barely doing anything and Luffy could not hurt anybody. It’s hilarious you think a very weakened Luffy can beat Zoro at his healthiest. It makes me genuinely think you’ve not see Zoro in Wano where he could finally be pushed to his limits and actually be injured. Zoro also has the highest durability of any of the Straw Hats. But I give up, hard to speak to someone who think Zoro’s is so blindly loyal he’d let his Captain die.

Zoro has ARGUED against Luffy's decisions, everyone in the crew has, but he has always followed them to the letter when given. Zoro. Would Never. Disobey. An Order. This is not a point of discussion, it would not happen, he is written as such. Luffy is not defenseless, if Luffy chose to do so he could whoop Sanji's ass right now, Luffy is CHOOSING not to fight against Sanji seriously. He would absolutely order Zoro to not interefere. Also, Luffy after this point fought off the entire army Big Mom sent after him, he'd absolutely have the strength to stop Zoro at this point. But once again, all of this is a moot point, because it would not come to that. Luffy is believing in Sanji and understanding that he would not shift this drastically, Zoro would likely understand it too, and if ordered to stand down, would stand down. He might punch the shit out of Sanji like Nami slapped him afterwards, but he would absolutely not interfere. There’s several instances where Zoro has gone against Luffy’s orders/decisions out of loyalty. Zoro argued Luffy about Usopp, originally about Sanji in Zhou, when Nami left for Arlington, when Robin joined, once or twice post Whole Cake Island. Zoro respects chain of command, he will follow Luffy to the 3nds of the earth but he is not blindly loyal to the point he will let his captain die because Luffy told Zoro to stop like he’s a dog. Did you forget what Zoro said at Water 7? How of Luffy, the captain, lets people walk all over him that he’ll be the next to leave. But you think Zoro, will just sit back as his captain is relentlessly attacked by a former crew mate? I’m not saying Zoro is going to enjoy attacking Sanji, but he’d stop him, and he’d knock Luffy out to do because did you not just see how injured Luffy became? You people have gotten confused by what Zoro’s loyalty means, he would never let Luffy die or let anybody attack his defenceless captain, he’s not Usopp. You talk about Luffy being able to stop Zoro, and at their prime condition he probably can, but with Luffy very weak after fighting Cracker and what Sanji did to him, you still think Luffy would be able to stop Zoro? Are you also ignoring how strong Zoro actually is at this point? Go watch Wano if you want to see what this Zoro can really do (before he gets his new you-know-what).

Luffy is choosing not to fight back, you said nobody would be capable of stopping Zoro, if Luffy chose to stop Zoro then he'd get stopped, VERY quickly. Furthermore, if Luffy ordered him to stand down, Zoro would stand down and would not interfere no matter what, yes even if Luffy's life is in danger, you do not interfere if ordered not to. You cannot be out here questioning peoples knowledge of these characters while suggesting that the most honor-driven and loyal person on the crew would actively disobey an order from his captain after being ordered to stand down, AND that he'd cut down a crewmember, even a former one, all the while saying someone like Luffy wouldn't be able to hold him back. And even if you ignore all of these points, its still highly unlikely that Zoro would actively choose to kill Sanji, he cares about Sanji like a brother, he cares for the entire crew, not a single thing you've said has been accurate to these characters at all.

Sanji is a threat here, he’s either left the crew or committing mutiny and treason against his own captain, a captain that wasn’t fighting back, was gradually getting more and more hurt…you think Zoro would just sit back? I don’t think you understand how loyal Zoro is to Luffy. You’re too stuck on looking at this from Sanji’s perspective. Zoro is so loyal to Luffy he was going to die for him, you think he’s not going to attack Sanji here? This is why Zoro wasn’t here, because he would’ve killed Sanji. And that’s not me glazing Zoro, that’s just who Zoro is. In Water 7 he was ready to leave Ussop even if he didn’t want to. But this? I don’t think Zoro would hesitate here and no one would be able to stop him.
