God, I can't imagine what places like this are like when a camera isn't on them... Edit: Jesus Christ, I just got to the mess downstairs... even without my own experience in a restaurant, its horrific to look at, and with it, I feel like I want to vomit.

They are a particularly difficult species that takes weeks, or longer depending on the cleanliness of the area, to completely treat for a light/minor infestation. What was shown here looked like the colony was there for a long time. Hopefully every piece of equipment was replaced or thrown out because if the cleaners had missed a single roach or egg, it would be enough to start the colony all over again probably won't be noticeable until weeks after.
