When clone wars originally aired it was planned to be a simple anthology of stories between attack of the clones and revenge of the sith. Well the show blew up in popularity so they instead made it more chronological. So the first 3-4 seasons bounce all over the place but 4 onwards is pretty much in order. Both work but chronological order makes way more sense in the timeline

It's not like the originals vs the prequels debates and I'm on the side of originals first but for clone wars the release order kinda sucks when you also are trying experience the story not just the entertainment of the episodes

I know the full version of these specials are available on Hulu even though they're listed as just episodes of the seasons. Also fun fact, that was actually conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh doing a gag of his radio show. He appeared a couple times on the show even though he and Seth were on opposite political sides. The Robot Chicken part also hits hard since that's Seth Green's show and he's the voice of Chris.
