It's a story set in white wolf's world of darkness setting made by the same guy that made if the emperor had a text to speech device. He started making it after ending the series early in a sad way so he didn't risk getting sued by games work shop when they started getting extra rude with their copyright. So he switched to white wolf's World of darkness where it's all about super natural monster and hunter the parenting in specific is focused on vampires. Also each character in hunter the parenting is vased on the personalities of characters from if the emperor had a text to speech device but you don't know them all I think so you would probably just enjoy it for the story and jokes instead of references to his first great work.
