And again when the fire dude went to the island at the end of season 1 when he said they are now evolving into what we saw now the one they found is identical.

Abridged shows and clips are funny in their own and they're separate from the canon, so unless you WANT something to change in your perspective, that's on you. And to reply to @thevenomous, did you just say it's obnoxious without seeing it? Put aside the content that's intentionally designed to be silly, the voice actors in it do an amazing work and they use the scenes and animations to fill the story fairly well as an abridged clip.. no need to trash talk creative work just because you don't like it.

The final statement before he collapsed just comes around as a awkward Asian dad moment where they cant share their true feelings because it'll make them look weak. But that's just my take on his character so far

That’s in direct contradiction of the manwha (and I think that’s the first time they’ve done that -not original content, skipping something, vaguing something up or taking a bit of artistic license)
