Except digestion doesn't truly begin until the food reaches your stomach, which takes several hours. Also, swimming would actually stimulate blood flow, so would actually help.

I've always assumed this is related to the way digestion requires healthy blood flow and if you mess too much with your body temperature (water will do that) you can cause poor digestion. Not life threatening but not good for you. So even a shower isn't advised.

Go to a bank teller and ask them if they clean money and then exchange all the dirty money for clean money. If I was a bankworker I would try to get it into motion that money gets cleaned and disinfected while in a bank.

While not "required," it's generally expected that you watch "The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie" (2004) after the 3rd season; as the original creator of the cartoon, the late Stephen Hillenburg (RIP), intended for that movie to be the series finale. Due to the show's popularity, Nickelodeon kept the show going after the movie, even after Hillenburg left the network (though he did return as show runner for Season 9 onwards, until his passing in 2018).

The whole idea that you have to wait 30 minutes etc after eating before swimming is a complete myth. It was basically made up by lazy parents woh didn't want to supervise their kids.
