She's mad because it sounds like just another excuse over the phone, but he had simply waited outside with the bike to greet her after the show, she would have been happy he wasn't hurt and Way more understanding... Even partial truths like "my bike got run over by gunmen evading police, but I was able to jump out of the way. You should see them on the news tonight" are better than just "sorry I was late again, I had issues with my bike"

To answer your question about Harry toward the end there. While the Goblin Formula brought it to the forfront in Norman, its implied that the family has a history with mental illness even before the formula comes into play. But with the formula, it brought out all the latent mental illness that was under the surface, and sped past it, right into full on insanity along with Dissociative Identity Disorder, in the form of the Goblin Personality. And since mental illness can sometimes run in families, Harry has experienced a lot over the past year since his father's death, and even before that with how his dad acted. But after it? He lost his girlfriend, he took over a company he wasn't ready to lead, his investment into Otto's experiments led to deaths and tons of damage, his professional reputation in the dumps, and being partially responsible for Otto's decent into crime added onto this which people likely blamed him for, and now he finds out that his best friend (one of his last pillars of support) is Spider-Man (the guy he believes killed his father). After all that, combined with the possibilty of his families possible history of mental illness, Work-related stress, Relationship problems, Stressful life events, and possibly a lack of coping skills due to his upbrining? Creates a perfect storm for a complete mental break.

I highly disagree with you when you say that you agree with the pizza guy. HE is the one making the promise that it's free if it doesn't arrive within 29 minutes. If he can't afford to keep that promise then he shouldn't be making it. And especially shouldn't allow it for such large orders The whole "get it delivered in X time or it's free" thing stopped being done for a good reason. I feel bad for the YouTube release of this reaction. Considering the reputation this movie has, I think it’s probably gonna get quite a bit of hate. For those that aren’t aware or if it’s your first time watching the movie, I’ll explain the common thoughts surrounding this movie in the minds of a decent majority of Superhero Movie fans. This film is commonly placed in several top tens for Best Superhero Film. And is also placed in several lists surrounding “Sequels That Are Better than The Original Film” alongside movies like Terminator 2, Shrek 2, Kung Fu Panda 2, Puss in Boots Last Wish, Captain America and The Winter Soldier, and etc. With that context, I just hope that whenever anybody watches the YouTube Release of this commentary to be wary that there might be a few cringe comments about it with regards to how quite a bit of movie fans view it. It’s been put on a bit of a pedestal over the years. Whether it’s deserving or not isn’t really my place to say, cuz it’s never been my go-to super hero flick, but I just figured I’d tell people about it ahead of time to warn em. Superhero/Comic Book fans can be a bit unhinged when it comes to criticism.

Raimi actually loves the Lizard and had plans to use him several times, there is even concept art of the Design from both the production of 2 and 3. He felt like it was too early for 2 and preferred to build him up in the background for 3, but then had to push it back again because the studio forced him to do the venom storyline despite him openly not liking it. He was finally going to use The Lizard along side The Vulture in 4 but it was canceled before he completed the script, though a surprising amount of storyboards have leaked. As for Harry, the Hobgoblin is a separate character, it was right to Make him the “new goblin” like in the comics, I just wish they committed to actually giving him the goblin mask and Mania instead of the extreme sports look.

Maybe Mr. Aziz shouldn't promise pizzas in 29 minutes and instead should focus on making the pizzas so good, that people will want to get his pizzas. There's a local pizza place here that has the best pizzas I've ever had. They charge a bit more than Dominos or Papa Johns, but they are so good that I'd rather pay more to have them. Aziz is making a shit product and his only selling point is the short delivery time or it's free gimmick. Seems to me that maybe if he was serious, and not just getting a hard on from firing delivery drivers, he'd either do away with the 29-minute bullshit or hire on more guys to deliver pizza. Imagine if he had a delivery of 10 large deep-dish pizzas on one side of his delivery area and then another order for another 11 on the opposite end of his delivery area. He'd be fucked. There's also a different cut of this movie. It's been called "2.1" or "The Extended Version". It adds a few extra scenes and extensions to expand on things that only would have added a few extra minutes to the movie, but the difference is nice. Probably my favorite change is after Peter comes home to his crappy apartment, he just sits down, dejected from his awful day, and listens to the police band. We see just how empty his life has become as he feels like he can't do anything but sit and wait until Spider-Man is needed.

I really like the behind the scenes for this movie. The arms hold up so well today because a lot of it was practical. They puppeteer the arms as much as they could. The little pincers coming out to take off his blindfold in the hospital, him walking around with them. Different arms for different scenes and purposes. Very impressive.

Fun fact the whole Spider-Man losing his powers is based off two comics the first being Spider-Man no more where Peter gives up being Spider-Man because of how much he takes from him and unmasked at last where Peter has a severe case of the flu that essentially messes with his psyche and makes him feel unable to be Spider-Man
