A small, light food with a mild taste that should not interfere or leave any trace for their Outie. Like, Mitchick mentions a Melon Bloat, because like. That and the waffles are quite likely all the food they know. To them, it is a feast. In the same way they are limited to two minor, and I presume quite light snacks. Because they are not allowed to risk affecting their Outie. And that involves the food.
