Monika didn't get hurt when Wanda yeeted her because she already had super powers. They showed it to us when she reappeared in the hospital when she bumped into a guy and he went down hard. Since you finished the show I can also tell you that she ripped the titanium hatch off of it's hinges when she tried to drive through the hex. Her powers might have been enhanced going through a couple of times though, but she already had super powers .
