learning that coma is a bratty sub should be considered a cognitohazard

there's actually a visual reference to a new hope with the camera when bix gets tortured.

Just checked in on the patreon for the first time in a few days and was really happy to see you picked up the rest of Andor so quickly, I thought you might take a longer break before resuming it. Things really go crazy in the last third of the season and I'm excited to start watching your reaction.

Using the dying screams and cries of children as a torture method....damn

I understand that Alicia is a little biased cuz she wants to be a mom so badly... but all the scenes of Syril's mother paint a very clear picture... A stern and controlling mother who views her son mostly as a Trophy, her opinion of him depending entirely on his accomplishments. There may be some love in there somewhere... but years of separation has clearly burried it very deep, leaving only a cold and shallow sense of caring. Also to answer Koma's question..... The Galactic Empire lasted (officially) a total of 23 years in the Star Wars Timeline, from the year 19 BBY to the year 5 ABY. Most people think that the empire ended on the Battle of Endor after Palpatine died and the second Death Star was destroyed... but that is not true, there were still Imperial forces in control of good chunks of the Galaxy when the Emperor went down. The Empire as a whole was still around for one more year until the Battle of Jakku in 5 ABY where the Rebel Alliance defeated the Last Large Imperial Fleet. So the Empire lasted 23 years officially, but it lasted less or more depending on your perspective. 22 years if you view Palpatine's death as the day the empire ended. 26 years if you count the 3 years of the clone wars, since you could say that the during those 3 last years the Republic was already the Empire in all but name (and also because when the clones joined the Republic... the success of Palpatine's scheme was no longer a matter of IF but WHEN).

I can't belive im saying this but im really invested into this, such a good show!

I cannot imagine being that Doctor. Imagine being the guy who gets enough of a peek behind the scenes to realize how fucked you all are. How many Ulafs have he euthanized? Which seems to be the best (And only thing) he can do.

Ebofa

The empire started 19 years before the events of episode 4 to answer your question then a few years between 4 and 6
