2025-06-11 23:40:16 +0000 UTCi have seen people angry about Zoro being able to use conqueror's haki while sanji cant, but this does have a reasonable explanation: What's Sanji's dream? to find the all blue What's Zoro's dream? to be the best swordsman in the whole world That, right there, is why Zoro can use conqueror's haki while sanji cant: it is mentioned that conquerors haki is awakened on the people who want to be the ruler or the best at something. Sanji's dream isnt being the best cook or the best chef or the best leg-fighter, is to find the all-blue, meanwhile, zoro does have the dream of being the best at the sword than anyone else, which qualifies zoro as a "ruler of the path of the sword" (which is literally the meaning of the white sword: Wado Ichimonji which translates to "Harmony Path Beeline" or "Straight Line through the Path of Harmony" or in context: the direct path of the harmony, which is meant to be the best way of being the best swordsman) thats why, under that circunstances and motives, Usopp would also be able to use conqueror's haki, since he want to be the best sniper (sogeking literally meaning 'king of snipers') and be a great warrior of the sea, which together make him a viable user of such haki at some future point (this isnt spoiler, is just a theory for usopp)
