Just a bit of clarification (no spoilers) on something you seemed to misunderstand - curses don't typically work like Return by Death in this world. Afaik there are no other cases where someone is prevented from talking about their curse, and the effects of Return by Death are very different than any other known curses (if Return by Death is a curse at all). Curses as far as I can tell are just types of magic that use the target's mana instead of your own, usually to kill them. Emilia has no way of knowing that he's prevented from talking about it because she's likely never heard of any such effect, from her perspective he just randomly screamed mid sentence after acting really weird ever since he woke up. Also it's not that Puck and Betty are the only ones in the mansion who can use curses, it's that they're the only ones who can directly suck out mana like Betty did the first time Subaru woke up. We don't know who can use curses, only that the techniques originate in the northern Kingdom of Gusteko.

I really appreciate out of everyone who has reacted to the series that Alicia can understand why someone wouldn’t want to kill themselves, even if they can come back after death. I’ve seen so many people reacting to this just being like “ come on, slit your throat and try again” not grasping the trauma that he has gone through by dying. I just love how she try to empathize with how Subaru is feeling and be understanding when he doesn’t wanna kill himself.

Wow I was not expecting to see this in my notifications. But is most certainly a welcome surprise. This is the first of only two Anime to ever make me cry. This Episode, or technically Episode 7 of the original release had me bawling my fucking Eyes out for 30 straight minutes.
