Work's proceeding nicely on next month's champion, the Elf Mage. The attached picture shows a variety of hairstyle/headgear options that will show up in the Versatile Polymorpher PDF. I figured a look of smug indifference was suitable for a Elven Wizard.
There will also be a nice variety of staves to choose from, and some other cool options for the clothing and gear!
I'm aiming to get the linework finished in the next few days and then I'll sort out the colouring. Setting up the PDFs will take quite a while, but it should go a lot quicker than the Templar did. Lessons learned from that experience have led me to refine my process to avoid pitfalls like the repetition of tasks, and I've also started building up a library of scripts and actions to automate the more time-consuming, but mindless, parts of the process.
We're more than halfway to our first goal!
As you may have seen, once we reach the first goal, all future PDFs will include a bonus mini. The mini will be a world building item, either an NPC, a familiar, an animal companion or some sort of useful prop. The first will be a pack donkey to help your champions haul their gear and loot around! Once we hit that goal, you're all welcome to start sending suggestions for other world building items you'd like to see!
