On the first watch/read around of course it seems weird that the guy is still standing after we were told all about how Reject Dials murder yourself and your enemy - and it's normal to question that. Wyper's been nothing but a dick so far, but we'll get there. Give her the chance everyone else has had to learn to like characters before giving her grief for not.

Wyper is a warrior who has been fighting for longer than Luffy and clearly has the body meant for it, Wyper did take damage from the Reject dial, bro was literally bleeding out the mouth and was damaged. Like i know you love the straw hats but COME ON. You act like no one else is allowed to take a lot of damage and get back up. Hell if Zoro used it you wouldnt get mad at that. I usually try not to comment and just let you have your opinions and what not and agree to disagree but jesus lord it was hard to watch with the amount of just random hate Wyper gets for just being a good warrior. Like its so obvious of you’re favoritism that its making the experience hard to watch. I dont have anything against you or what you think, its just that i dont agree with your mindset on this one and i felt like I should voice my opinion on it. And the Enel part as well, he literally has no need to kill them because he doesnt even see them as an actual threat to kill right now, so he only displayed his power showing he can one tap them at anytime.
