A Sign of Affection is a great romance, current season, with college students. My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Level 99 is kinda borderline... the male lead is an 18 year old high school student and the FL is a bit older in college. Female lead is 19, love interest a couple years older. There's been a few cute office romance shows in the last year too, like My Tiny Senpai (she's short, not young lol) and The Ice Guy and his Cool Female Colleague (some supernatural elements in that half the cast are descendants of mythical creatures like the Yuki-onna, kitsune and phoenix and have quirks because of it). There's a cute adult romance called A Galaxy Next Door about a young adult (treated as a princess on her family's island) moves to Tokyo to be an assistant to a mangaka, a guy who happens to be raising his two much younger siblings.

Romance with College+ I immediately think of Genshiken. Honestly wish I could have seen it a few years earlier than I did because it resonated so much with me and I think would have given me some confidence earlier in my life.

Romance with adults?
Good thing anime is really good with naming genres after their target demographic .
Sounds like you want some Josei (means woman as opposed to shojou which means girls or shonen which means boys).
While Seinen (young men) doesn't have a lot of romance, it also have the deeper plots like Josei.
There have actually been a lot of anime featuring office workers lately.

Romance anime with college students? The upcoming season 2 of Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai. Season 1 and the three sequel movies are all set in high school, but it is (for the most part) not sexualized, very mature, and the relationship between the two MCs is very, very wholesome.

I know of a few kind of romance animes like you described (adults, in office space, not focusing on the sexualisation), like My Senpai Is Annoying, or Wotakoi. If you wanna explore your choices, that's at least 2 animes you can start asking about.
