2024-04-21 22:16:59 +0000 UTCthe show is pretty great so far, but for me it does feel like it has some issues with using cutaways. Most of them so far feel like they happen at moments where they are either building suspense and tension to cut away to something not important to what is happening right now. Or they give over explain things you could have picked up from paying a bit of attention and the most minimal of contact with RPGs or anime that use the same kind of system. Some are still good and give interesting or useful information(like the ones about MC's mom), but for me most of them aren't so far and feel more like a distraction rather than an addition to the show. Otherwise great writing, animation, music etc.
