I run into the exact same ADHD issues, when i zone back in to the conversation of what ever we are doing now i will just out right say, sorry you saying this one thing sent my mind on a tangent and i haven't heard anything since, could we go over that again. some people still get a bit butt hurt but thankfully it helps more often than not🐸

It makes me feel bad when I have to ask someone to repeat what they said because my brain just drifted off to wherever it wanted to go in the moment.
