I really can't every approve of condoms doing what Nadia did to her child. You don't ever do that to a kid. It should be the kids choice even if your trying to protect them. It wouldn't protect her from home lander because he's the strongest supe no one is safe from him anyhow. It's just forcing your own fears on a kid. And the least you can do is tell her it's going to be painful! 😡

They're disappointed because they want better for Hughie. He may have good intentions, but he took the temp V to feel powerful, which can easily become a slippery slope to addiction (not just to the drug itself, but the feeling of power). They're being unfair to him for the sake of being unfair. The Boys value Hughie and don't want to see him go down such a path.

Because they know he's better than that. Same as when a straight A student does something stupid, people tend to react more than when the class clown does the same. It may not be fair, but it’s a realistic reaction.

Sorry for the long ramble: The one thing I don't really like about this season is how the show treats Hughie.
Dude was bullied by damn near everyone over the last two seasons (including being punched by Butcher), to the point where he was literally suicidal...and now all the characters act like he's such a disappointment for trying to actually stand a chance against anyone.
They have no problem with him going into battle with virtually no training, or using guns as a lethal force multiplier, or with Kimiko using *her* powers to slaughter people...but if *Hughie* does it, it's suddenly morally wrong.

In the comics Jamie the Hamster was butt gerbil. They went up against a superhero team called the Teenage Kix I believe and one of the ones they killed had the gerbil come out of his after he died. Hughie kept him. The comics are a fun read.

I've got a strong feeling that music isn't stopping Homelander from hearing them, idk for sure but seems likely

So excited to see this series returning. Do you think you'll also be coving Gen V once you finish this season?

Just imagine if Vicky really sold out Edgar for the original KFC recipe. That would have been the biggest plot twist of all time.

On the money with "Hughie got hot this season" and I love that it's all posture and demeanor. Earlier seasons there's a mix of slouching and framing that makes him look smaller, and they flip it. Darkness too, the scene with him and Homelander is probably the first where he's standing straight, in the light, no jacket.

Homelander serving everyone good ass tacos (even if he is doing it just to be a racist mf) and then seconds later telling them "meetings over i need the room get out" is one of the most evilest shit he has ever done!
