Th next arc is one I thoroughly enjoyed as a light reprieve when I was reading the manga, but the anime extends it past it's welcome with the big chunk of filler in the middle. It's up to you if you want to skip that filler but I'd recommend it.

2024-03-08 20:31:40 +0000 UTCLong Ring Long Land is an interesting one. People don't generally remember it, or if they do it's often not fondly. It does feel very disconnected from everything, and it's not helped by the fact that a big part of it is filler, because of course. It's all good fun though, great moments and wacky stuff all around. More than any other part of One Piece though, you really have to suspend your belief on some of the stuff, since it may or may not be canon. I haven't seen it since I first watched One Piece over a decade ago though, so this is gonna be a blast for me.
