It just sucks because it's great at actually building hype for the arc and waiting until after to see it is like waiting until after watching a movie to see the trailers for it.

Edit: actually just remembered there is a clip in the opening that could be seen as spoilery. It's only like 2 seconds long but it says a lot.

Usopp also does proactively use the impact dial here and is only forced to do it a second time by the girls later. The second match is close to the original.
