If you've never heard anything about JOJO's, and you watched the opening once at the very beginning, you wouldn't realize that you just watched the entirety of part one before you started. What I like to do is watch the opening once in the beginning if the anime not trying to analyze it, just getting me in the right mood for the arc, then I watch the opening again at the end to see all the references from the story that are in the opening. You don't get spoiled if you don't know it's a spoiler, so saying that there's spoilers in the opening is the very thing that ruins the ability to watch said opening. Either way, all things considered, giving the nature of season 4, and what it shows in the season 4 opening, I'd say that it's best to hold off on watching the 4th opening until towards the end.
