eh, i don't think krone's design was all that bad. sure, they tended to distort her features, whenever she would go full antagonist mode, but that was an intentional design decision to make her look more villanous and to dial up the horror factor of the manga. she looked just fine, when she wasn't playing the villain.

Kalluto is normally referred to by name but in the sub is referred to as both kalluto-san and kalluto-chan (Japanese honorifics), and in the dub certain people (spoilers) use masc, fem, and neutral pronouns to refer to them. However, they never correct anyone on pronoun use And the different honorifics are clearly never used in a malicious/derogatory way. Personally, I believe kalluto is Agender, but an argument can be made to say that they are genderfluid.

IlluMI is the oldest, then MIlluKI, then KIlluA, then AlluKA and lastly KAlluto. Also something that is never really explained in the anime, Kalluto(the one that hangs around with the mom) is actually a boy. He just crossdresses.

2024-03-14 20:22:43 +0000 UTCFun fact. In the manga, Leorio is able to open the door by himself after only 10-14 days of training, presumably the first of them able to do so. I assume they can all open the door on their own before heading further up the mountain. They probably made it so that all of them had to work together in the anime because it was more visually exciting.

2024-03-14 18:57:59 +0000 UTCFun Fact: in the Manga each of them had to Open the Testing Gate by themselves, Gon and Kurapika managed to open the First Gate which is 2 Tons but Leorio managed to open up to the Second Gate which is 4 Tons. I hated that the anime changed this detail... because a lot of people give Leorio shit for "being too weak". Also.... "Fat Levi"? if anything Levi is should be called "Skinny Milluki" since our Chubby Assassin boy has existed far longer than Levi has.
