I just realized that we can use "It's the Woo" on this. He can even call his SO the Woo-Tang.

2025-02-02 18:16:35 +0000 UTCExcept in the anime the only times we saw her magic fail before the trauma of the double dungeon was after having been drained to the point of her suddenly bleeding from all orifices from having to sticht Jinwoo back together again and again. If anything he was the liability that was just never gonna work out and dragged the whole party down by depleting their healer to exhaustion. As far as we have seen she did perfectly fine in low rank dungeons before the double dungeon traumatized her and without the trauma she could have gone on the be a perfectly valuable asset for D and E rank dungeons, in time and with the right team maybe even for C rank dungeons. With the apparent lack of healers around that still would have been a net benefit for society to have a powerful healer supporting the lower ranks.

2025-01-10 17:05:33 +0000 UTCYou have to understand no matter what trauma she got from the double dungeon she was already too timid as a healer not cut out for working as a hunter at all and after who knows how mqny people already got hurt because of her not being able to use her powers when needed most. It was just never gonna work out

Job change quests tend to be in the video game world picking your class or upgrading your class. For example in some Korean MMOs they tend to be an upgrade for example graduating from let's say... Rogue -> Assassin Or Mage -> Sorcerer as another example. as to how that relates to solo leveling I'm sure you can easily guess but Jinwoo appears to be from what we've seen classless. He just appears to have skills for now and doesn't really have a base class. Once again there are no spoilers in my message, that second paragraph is simply explaining what we can infer from what we have already seen.

2024-03-17 23:06:02 +0000 UTCI’m wondering if maybe he’s going to spec into magic now because all this time he’s been an assassin I mean he’s got all these assassin abilities and lately he’s been talking about expecting into intelligence in order to up his mana pool. So I wonder if he’s going to start using spells and things and learn healing magic or an attack magic maybe become like an assassin wizard I wonder if they’re going to let him job change again later on

2024-03-17 03:51:32 +0000 UTCAs Anzac-A1 has already said (at time of posting), a "Job Change" quest is usually, in many JRPG's essentially a Class Change quest either a direct upgrade to your class or a switch to another class with different focuses. So it's not what he needs to appear higher rank when re-evaluated, he knows he could get a re-evaluation. Sung thought about it in an earlier episode - after he'd leveled a bit - because he knew with his new power he'd have a higher "magic power" rating - what the evaluation actually measures - so he'd be higher rank. However in the same scene he chose not to because he didn't want to draw attention to himself as the - as far as we and he know - only Hunter who can continue to get stronger. At least until he felt strong enough to protect himself and his family which is why he hasn't done that yet
