2024-03-26 17:27:39 +0000 UTCDude true, I've always wanted to be able to use Nen for random shit irl. I didn't get my Hogwarts letter and so I tried meditating, not paying attention to class to develop my nen. And now I'm just a regular adult with lots of bills. It sucks.

2024-03-24 18:23:59 +0000 UTCYep, Nen has served as inspiration in particular for JJK's curses and MHA's Quirks (in part, at least) because of how versatile of a power system it is. It also has a lot in common with JoJo's Stands, in that regard. You can have attacking Nen, defensive Nen, healing Nen, utility Nen... the only limit is the Nen user's imagination.

Normally, a camera wouldn't record nen, as you guessed. And I think the scene with all the "talented" people in the background was just to illustrate the point that everybody has their own talents. It wasn't to show "nen" abilities in particular.

2024-03-24 08:10:34 +0000 UTCI think the part showing all the people like the golfer and the guy on a motorcycle was to show how people can differ from eachother in what they are good at and just like what you're good at as a hobby or an activity, it also varies in Nen. Not everyone will be as good as Hisoka at doing the same things if they choose to learn it. It depends on the person.

2024-03-24 03:29:02 +0000 UTCThe wonderful thing about the Nen system is that Nen Abilities don't neccesarily have to focus on fighting, if you're adept at using cameras and you can use Nen... you can develop an ability that has the theme of cameras simply because that is something that you are already good at. Nen isn't just for fighting, it can also be used for day-to-day life, and that is one of the reasons why this power system is so creative and amazing. And yes, i know you guys were just joking around... im explaining this simply because i adore Nen.
