She and Chimney were up in the city because of Aqua Laguna while he spends his time out on the ocean. The time between 'I'm going to help these idiot kids' and 'Rocketman now departing from Water Seven' is like half an hour. She had no time to go find him.

Going back and watching the reactions and having friends who are earlier in the series helps remind me on what it’s like to have a fresh view each arc, not tinted my nostalgia. I still think on skypiea very fondly though, more than a lot of early arcs. Can’t help it 🤷

But I think they show that Nami doesn't reveal that Iceberg gave her the info, since Franky mentions that he wanted to ask if Iceberg was alright. Also, in regards to Kokoro not giving Yokozuna any warning about them leaving, I think it's implied that he lives in the waters around Water 7, and I'm assuming he's not carrying a snail in that loincloth (at least I hope not, for the snail's sake).

The worst of the pacing is at the end for me with the eneru fight. That said I'm probably just very jaded because of how bad the pacing in a particular future Arc.

Franky also didn't know when iceberg got the information on robin's wish, and Franky also didn't know how long sanji wasn't in contact with the rest of the crew. There is 0 discrepancy in franky not knowing iceberg was alive.

She went there for safety not intending to get roped into a suicide mission by plucky youngsters in a quest to mirror her own life's greatest trauma. There's no reason for her to say that to yokuzuna beforehand

Our crew has no idea about the backstory or anything, for them franky is the thug that beat up usopp and they dislike him still, and granny being granny... Would you really expect her to explain? She'd go: huh, thought you knew Or huh... You never asked... xD and with usopp and sanji being the only people in contact with Franky atm, both not being aware of the whole Iceberg situation, no one except Robin could have told him either. So yeah he really had no clue he lived.

They never heard anything about Iceberg because Sanji was reasonably too focused on Robin. Yeah, the phone breaking was dumb and maybe only happened to facilitate the misunderstanding. No plot holes though
