25:36 is were we start to see something they never fully explained in the show since they cancel it: witches have lighter muscles and bones than humans, so they are more lighter and less strong, which is why demons are super strong in comparison and humans are an in-between in strength, so Luz see bartholomule as "being little and light" but is because of this, and in more advanced in the series we see luz lifting amity with ease, even when in episode one she complain about her "nerdy arms being weak", because the lever was made for the demons in the prison, which are super strong since are guards in a prison, but witches and humans arent that strong, meanwhile, we see in the series that luz is really strong in comparison with all other kids of her age in this realm because they are lighter and have less muscular density since they use magic instead of strength, i mean, literally the construction coven use magic to do "strong stuff", which leads to a later episodes on which willow start training to be stronger and in her being more "thick" makes sense to be that strong: mass equals strength, more mass, more strength so yeah... humans are stronger physically than witches by evolution, we dont have magic, they do, so their bodies evolved to be weaker hysically, also, that helps them to fly faster and be more agile in magic combats

It's honestly so refreshing to have such accountability spread among a young cast. (This includes Luz earnestly completing her trials to prove her care for Owlbert in episode 10)
