We hear about types of nen just a couple episodes ago and get it explained through tiger bite and bungee gum (pretty good powers), and now we get to see a smattering of powers that are interesting - but it's clear how limited or impractical some of these are. Great Haikuist isn't a great combat power because you have to write a haiku in the middle of it, which ya'll called out. Instant Lover requires planting a kiss - imagine trying to kiss Hisoka or Illumi. However, these are easy to understand abilities with practical applications in the course of a complex narrative, just not great in the 1v1.
