I don't care if he ultimately asked for an older woman, the line at 8:15 is clearly about younger partners. I know that because in the novels, where he's 20 instead of 16, he still asks "Is, is that really okay? What about the laws...?" What law is going to stop a 20 year old, or even an 18 year old, from sleeping with an older woman?

Clarification: Kazuma didn't piss himself and die because he touched a woman lol. He died of shock because he thought he was about to be run over, and pissed himself because of that. Had nothing to do with a woman. If he was that down bad, he would never be able to interact with these girls and we've seen he really has no problem doing that.
