[PLEASE DON’T BAN ME, IM JUST RESPONDING TO ANZAC]
Ok that makes sense…. But then why did he started to consume Palismen in the first place? It doesn’t seem to me that Palismen magic is the cause of his affliction but an imperfect cure he came up with.
After all we know that Evelyn did something to him after he killed Caleb thanks to the Images shown in Hollow Mind.
My guess is that all those Glyphs in his arm are there simply to try to maintain his human appearance, while the Palismen magic is to pacify the Curse that his Brother’s Lover put on him.

No, he 100% did it himself. Remember, nobody even knew about Glyphs other than him. The Glyphs were to stabilise his body, which would otherwise reject Palisman magic.

Flora D'esplora will forever be one of the most hilarious Joke Characters i have seen in any media xddd
It's a shame Alicia didn't catch it since she didn't grew up watching cartoons.
Also i don't think Phillip is the type of man who would be stupid enough to draw glyphs on his own body without knowing the effects it would have, that was probably either an external accident or maybe even a curse someone else put on him.

I love Lilith's palisman. I don't think they have an official name, but they're apparently known unofficially as "Mike Socks." Regardless though, I love how well suited they are to Lilith; at first (when on the staff) elegant and austere, but then revealed to be an absolutely goofy goober.

I think that it’s an interesting detail that Lilith punched Phillip so hard that it permanently changed the shape of his nose. Also, the person he doodled in the margins of his journal looks oddly familiar…

I think my favorite part of this episode is how it shows the universe uses the singular timeline theory, as in any going back in the past is already part of the present. Just from Lily kicking what we think is a rock, then it's revealed to be her future selfs head!

I don't think it's necessarily a spoiler, it's fairly obvious unless you're oblivious to Phillip being Belos somehow. It's only unrevealed to the characters in the story

This was the episode that made Lilliths one of my favorite characters. That giant nerd. I love the fact that she sees through Phillips manipulations.
Something that struck me when watching this episode, was that it made something that had been mentioned earlier suddenly click. I think it is Gus or Willow who mentions that Belos appeared 50 years ago. Which would make living in a world of wild magic be well within living memory of some people (If not more, depending on how old witches and the various demons can get). Hell, it wouldn´t even be that far away from Eda and Lilliths time.
And I just think it is interesting, because I am so used to these sorts of systems being some ancient tradition, but the Coven system is just 50 years old. And I was so trained by other fantasy works to not really question these sorts of institutions, that I never really thought that deeply about it for most of season 1.

I love the detail that Luz learned all her glyphs over the course of a summer, and felt like the Isles were trying to teach them to her...
But for Philip--it took him years because, from his perspective, the Isles were trying to *hide* them from him.
As if the Titan itself could sense that he was a fuck.

question do time pools count as a singular thing between times or are they two separate pools connected together? if its the latter then the claim they don't show up in the same spot twice is a lie, if the former it counts as it said spot not time.

Remember how in the last episode Terra said to Luz that Belos is looking forward to meeting her? Now we know what he meant by that.

I haven't watched yet, so I don't know if you know, but Flora D'splora is a reference to Dora the Explorer.
