2024-04-11 15:44:52 +0000 UTCThe Photo where we see Alador winning the Brawl when he was a Teen also has other characters in it.... like Odalia (Amity's mom) in the far left looking at Alador very... intensely, and also Darius (The Head of the Abomination Coven) booing at him. The Darius cameo in that photo does explain why does he have so much animosity towards Alador, he mentioned it in "Eda's Requiem" and he muted Alador's Penstagram post in the provious episode..... so it seems it all dates back to their teen years.... a rivalry perhaps?

Also the tree Luz and Amity have their heart-to-heart under is the tree they created when they defeated Grom with their enchanting dance in season 1.

2024-04-10 20:22:11 +0000 UTCAn interesting thing to note is when the Abomaton's siren starts going off, how much it upsets Luz and how she immediately starts freaking out, telling it to get out of her head as if she were already hearing it. And given that it's the anniversary of her dad's death... well, she probably doesn't have the best association with sirens...

2024-04-10 16:07:40 +0000 UTCThe pretty tree is the one Luz and Amity created in the grom episode. This episode also gives us a bit of a new perspective on the scene between Luz and her mom. From the mother's perspective her daughter was just like a ghost who suddenly ascends into heaven. And after already losing a loved one, she would obviously kinda freak out.
