To be clear, they *all* train, to one extent or another. It's just that Zoro's training accounts for so much of his focus and interest that it's what is most commonly put on display. All he does during his down time is train, sleep, and tend to his swords. There's a lot that we don't see while they're actually travelling, and what we do see is catered more toward their individual characteristics. It's not that Sanji doesn't train, it's more that his training isn't as central to his character as Zoro's training is, so it's brushed over.

He was able to kick a small ship with a mounted iron cannon away from him with ease and had broken bones while fighting Gin. He's been above an ordinary human from the beginning, keep in mind he was trained and raised by Zeff, a pirate known for breaking iron with his kicks during his prime.

While yes, the technique allows the user to strengthen their muscles to withstand physical trama, it DOES NOT strengthen their resistance to the elements, such as heat. Jabara could boast all he wants, but even he's human to an extent not even his body can withstand such high temperatures, and Sanji figured that out during the exchange. Let the man cook.

So in defense of him, someone brought up Kaku being white, but was rebutted with someone saying "Giraffes' are from Africa".

Carrying all the food that luffy eats in a week for a single walking trip has to be strengthening his legs and core a megaton. Legs for his destructive power, and core for his durability.

"My kicks will reflect off the ceiling!" That is not how neither kicks nor ceilings usually works my giraffe, even in this series. But perhaps it is some feature of giraffe anatomy I don´t know about, or maybe that specific part of the ceiling got some extra polish that day. "It is as if flour got crammed in and got out as noodles!" Holy shit, Wanze wasn´t just some random weirdo, he was foreshadowing all this time!

2024-04-16 12:47:55 +0000 UTCabout the sanji thing, it is said among fans that, while we don't see it, if you think about it, it's very easy to understand how he trains and why he's so strong. think about it, sanji's the cook, right? this means he's in charge of rationing the food. thing is though, this is the crew that has luffy as its captain. do you think luffy cares about rationing food? frick no! how often do you think luffy's trying to sneak into the kitchen to raid the fridge and steal some extra food? and sanji's the one in charge of fighting him off. that's how sanji "trains" and why he's so strong. he constantly has to fight off luffy, so the stronger luffy gets, the stronger sanji gets by proxy, due to their constant struggles 😆
