2024-04-25 19:20:49 +0000 UTCI may be wrong but as far as I understand Zoro's 9 sword style has never been fully explained. Kaku calls it an illusion due to fighting spirit but we can clearly see physical shadows coming off of all 9 swords when Zoro goes to take the attack. Might still be more to it that has yet to be revealed even in current day.

Because at least for Kalifa I am pretty sure she could have straight up murdered Nami instantly, if she didnΒ΄t waste a bunch of time playing around trying to show off and make use of her power. Which would be incredibly on point of Spandam. Giving his minions devil fruits to empower them, only to cause it to utterly distract them from actually finishing off their opponents. But the fact that Spandam is a fucking Nepo-Baby really is the icing on the cake that is his incompetence. And it explains everything about how on earth he got his position. I can think of few people in anime that are as hateable as him, because most others at least have the excuse of either being relatively powerless or badass in some shape or form. But Spandam is just an idiot, in an extremely powerful position.
