2024-04-26 16:18:42 +0000 UTCI keep wanting to be express all my excitement about the gaybies, but then I devolve into crying and end up incoherent until my brain is out of words. Seriously would have meant the world to me to have something like this as a kid, but jeeeeeez does it ever still hit so friggin' different, even to just have now. Finally, for once, something that *isn't* relegated to subtext and background characters and gestures or dialogue that stay just vague enough to erase and censor everything at a whim... I mean, like, same for basically every episode that's had any of such, really, but just kinda looking back on it, now, really. Which is not to undervalue all of the other amazing things going on with the show, to be clear. It wears plenty of different hats, and all of them are SPECTACULAR. But like... having that in something that was already great just had things hitting especially different, as things then resonated on an even more personal note, and all that, 'n just... yeah. Anyways. Just really happy to see reactions to such from people who get it. Always something special. Even if the show *wasn't* also phenomenal for so many other reasons. But I'm just rambling and fangirling, now.
