So fun fact about the Light Novel that goes with what you were saying about Vanir losing it in 10 minutes. There's a chapter where Dust(He's the blonde guy with red armor that Kazuma sometimes hangs out with. He's a super minor character especially in the anime since a lot of extra stuff gets cut, including this chapter that I believe happened before the Destroyer fight) complains that Kazuma gets to hang out with his 3 super well statted party members. Kazuma tells him he doesn't realize how bad it is. They have a wager and switch parties for the day. Kazuma ends up thriving with members who aren't stupid and Dust breaks almost immediately having to deal with Aqua, Darkness and Megumin. So Kazuma really does just have the patience of a saint.
