2024-05-19 20:03:59 +0000 UTCnot sure if someone explained it already but neptune's semblance involves the control of water, the reason he doesnt like water is that because its hydrokinesis via touch, he wasnt able to take baths or shower as a child. he now avoids water to avoid his power getting out of control, its a really strong semblance. also, the semblance of the sword and pistol wielder on team sun is gliding, which is why he had his arms spread out when he went flying.
