2025-05-05 21:00:39 +0000 UTCYeah, the cool down thing after and /or before a sauna is real, and kinda nice. Whether it's jumping into freezing water, or just snow like Laios is doing. It's done a lot up here in Scandinavia. But yeah, just an indoor ice bath and no sauna sound psychotic, honestly ^^' You're not wrong. I'm also gonna echo everyone mentioning that watching the OP and ED again, at least once after Izutsumi joins up, is definitely worth it :)
