2024-10-02 23:35:09 +0000 UTCsince at the time of writing shes now past this arc, ive re-watched the entire series several times and ive only watched this arc once on my first time through and skipped most of it since then, its just the weakest arc in my opinion and everything seems super dragged out and built around a simple miscommunication that nobody tries to even correct and its just frustrating to watch. That said, i will be watching these reactions and see if i may be remembering wrong or if it enforces my standing skepticism.

He’s a controversial Straw Hat for sure, I just find a lot to like about him beyond his pervy tendencies, especially thanks to a certain future arc that does wonders for his character. Compared to most of the other Straw Hats, who’ve been pretty static, I appreciate him even more. Of course, I’m not trying to convince you to like him, just explaining why I do.

I admit he's stronger now and deserves to be one of the wings of the pirate king. But still... He's my least favorite. I love Franky more than him and he's had less screen time like brook
