I don't understand, Alicia. Haven't you ever wanted to not be spoken to and left alone and some well-meaner comes a'wandering the hell up and tries to strike up a conversation? Honestly, I agree with Zoro's increased anti-social motivation. :D -- And let's be honest, Alicia, just be glad Sanji didn't meet the dragon.

In their original depiction in early mythology (~800 to ~300 BC) they were more similar to Harpies than Mermaids. It wasn't until the 1400's that the interpretation of Sirens being more like Mermaids became the standard

Like, Zoro's cutting iron was just done because it was "cool" and Luffy understanding animals was done just to wrap up the plot. Still, it's fair for you to be pissed because we can see that those things warped the perception of the series nonetheless.
