Which was huge on Tumblr at the time. IIRC, it was leaked because he put the role on his IMBD page before the episode was leaked and a fandom that had been trained to look for clues on everything and to treat everything as a conspiracy descended into madness, yet again. There were many theories about who Tad Strange was. Such as being Bills brother, who is a square with a bowler hat. Hirsch himself tried to moderate expectations, but seeing that he was known for trolling his fandom at the time, and for spreading misinformation, no one took him serious. Hirsch have a cons described the dread and confusion at watching the whole thing take off and being powerless to stop it. There were, from what I remember it has been years, mixed reactions to the reveal. Some had a minor meltdown, some insisted that all would be revealed in due time and some laughed their ass off.

I always thought of liking black liquorice as more of a regional thing, especially the nordic countries. Turns out, salmiak is also widely used around India and Arab countries who call it noshader. Regan being controlled through he tie really is on the nose satire. And again, oddly relevant to the current election.
