I'd actually missed that he'd been the one to stop the one prison break in the manga somehow. So when I saw this episode, I straight bawled in joy.

2024-09-07 23:23:17 +0000 UTCGentle and La Brava are seriously two of my most favourite characters, they're awesome and Gentle is genuinely insanely powerful, even if some fans might just count him as the "bouncy guy" That "i just wanted to help" from Gentle hit me so hard, thats all he ever wanted to do but everyone hated him for it.

2024-09-07 18:17:55 +0000 UTCI don't think AFO wanted what he probably sees as an inferior copy (heh) of his quirk. His doctor can permanently copy quirks, so why would he bother taking one that can only do so for a couple minutes, and can only use one quirk at a time at that?

2024-09-07 17:44:02 +0000 UTCYeah, when they first mentioned that only 6 prisons out of 7 had jailbrakers escaped, I assumed the 7th prison just somehow held on or they weren't attacking it as strongly. I have not expected Gentle to hold them all back like an absolute champ he is. He truly only wanted to help, all this time.

And, since only one Twice reacted to Uraraka's words, I'm assuming the others are copies of the original Twice, not Toga. And those copies touched Monoma. So what if he can copy Twice's Quirk and duplicate Sad Man's Parade, only with HIS OWN copies that can copy other Quirks infinitely? I know it only lasts for 5 minutes, but 5 minutes might be all he needs to turn the tide back. ...man, that Copy Quirk really is overpowered, I can't believe AFO just ignored his ass all this time
