If the dad (Seijuurou) died when Himekawa was 5 and there is a three-year difference between him and Aqua, then Aqua would have been 2 years old. However, we know Ai died when Aqua was 3, and that Ai called his father during that time and gave him the address, meaning that he was still alive at the time. The timeline doesn’t match up. The only thing I can think of is exactly what Joker33 said in their comment, which is that Himekawa’s real dad is not Seijuurou but someone else and his mom may have cheated with the guy that is also Aqua’s real dad.
