A thought occured to me. If they are in the town and thus a safe zone doesn't that mean the boiling oil won't kill them? They are just being dipped into 300 degree oil with no hope of it ever ending?

This go around and especially after this episode, I am really enjoying it. Kirito and Asuna being toxic and sociopaths together is a hilarious and awesome take.
