2024-09-14 18:13:10 +0000 UTCI don't think Toga could copy and effectively use Dabi's quirk even if she wanted to. Dabi's fire is so hot it damages himself. Might be damaging enough that any clone that attempted it would instantly fall apart due to the backlash.
