I mean... At the end of the day, it's a date that Kana voluntarily decided to go on. There isn't some messed up power dynamic where Kana has to care about how Aqua thinks about her. If she was genuinely upset at any of his behavior, she can freely say so with no real consequence. But you'll notice that even in the bag scene with Aqua, she complains about Aqua not understanding that the purse is a fashion accessory, but she doesn't actually bring up wanting the bag back or making any motions to take it back.
The hentai trope comparison doesn't really work here because Aqua isn't coercing Kana into continuing with the date, or using her affection towards him to excuse him treating her badly.
I think that's part of the reason why Aqua waited until Kana brought up the fact that she wanted to eat something before heading to the restaurant and not revealing that he had made reservations, so that she didn't feel pressured to continue the date if she wasn't having fun.

Putting out conjectures I don’t believe is spoiling. It’s just theory. If someone confirms it, then it becomes a spoiler.

This is actually incredibly important to the story, it's just a straight up spoiler.

Hmm… yeah, I think that’s definitely part of the issue. Consistently going ahead and acting on what you think a given person wants is… well, for one thing, it reminds me of that shitty hentai “your mouth says no but your body says yes” trope. But both of those can be fine… so long as boundaries are clearly established beforehand (and in the latter case, a safeword is used). As Aqua and Kana stand now, though…

I mean, the implication from Aqua already having the reservation at the restaurant and the taxi already called up afterwards was that Aqua was very much invested in this as a proper date and one that he wanted Kana to enjoy. His whole "I don't really care" schtick during the date is just him being reluctant to verbally express how much he actually does care about the date. (Think back to when Aqua disguised himself as Pieyon for example).
Like, it's pretty heavily implied that Aqua only steps into to pay for Kana once he notices Kana paying attention to the couple ahead of them that did the exact same thing (Kana isn't exactly subtle about her emotions when it comes to Aqua.)
The only kinda iffy moment from my POV is when Aqua just takes Kana's purse. But even then,
But even then, the point of these scenes from a writing standpoint is to show that Aqua understands Kana enough to know what she likes/wants despite her own issues about being honest about what she wants.
I do understand your confusion though, Aqua and Kana are both really bad at communicating sincerity in different ways. And that's on top of romance already being a difficult thing to judge in the first place.

Not that its important at all to the story but i belive that the couple who commited suicide was because the tokyo blade guy's mother cheated on him and then the dad found out killed her and then himself.

Not only that but it could be a risk to Ruby and Aqua's lives to let Aqua believe his dad is dead. We already know he was capable of killing Ai and who's to say hes not responsible for the "murder-suicide" of Taiki's parents. In Akane's mind we see the white shadow of Aqua's dad run over and scatter/destroy the Himekawa family before impregnating Ai implying that Akane thinks that Aqua's dad killed the Himekawa family, and if he decides the twins are a risk to his reputation he might get rid of them too.

The loophole Akane figured out is simple: it's not Himekawa's father that cheated; it was his mother... meaning Aqua's father (as seen at the end) is still alive.

Most people said it already but the simple loophole is the man who died is not the father of either of them.

Going by *only the dialogue between Akane and Aqua* (since I've seen people use moments from other conversations that aren't guaranteed to have been relayed to Akane by him), the loophole that she probably noticed is that the DNA test only guarantees that Aqua (+ Ruby) and Taiki share a father, but doesn't confirm who that father is. Taiki said his dad is already dead, but that doesn't mean for certain that the man who raised him up to that point was his biological father.

Maybe it's just me being aromantic, but that Kana date felt... very off. Like... the ambiguity surrounding the initial situation coupled with Aqua disrespecting Kana's stated wishes multiple times made my skin crawl. I feel like it should be possible for him to be a gentleman, but in a way that's actually, y'know, open and respectful.
For instance, instead of just going ahead and paying after she said that she'd pay, he could have asked first or just communicated about it. A simple "It's fine, I can pay" would suffice.

Got it the dna would be a match if it was their uncle. So the brother of their father. It took me a second too.

It's an interesting ethical and moral dilemma for Akane.
Let Aqua live thinking his dad is dead: Aqua gets to live his life happily and no longer chained down by a need for revenge, but will likely break up with Akane.
Tell Aqua his dead is not dead: Tear away Aqua'a current unburdened happiness and instill that pain back into him, but he will certainly not break up with Akane.

The loophole in the story himekawa told is the timing. The murder suicide happened when he was 5. He and aqua are literally 5 years apart in age that would have meant the father died when the twins were born. Yet ruby and aqua were about 4/5 when ai died. In the first episode ai called the father and told her location. Its possible that himekawas mom was the one who cheated not the dad.

Loophole is that Aqua only knows that he and Himekawa share a father. He's completely forgetting the possibility that the man Himekawa thinks was his father may not have been his blood-related father. Akane being super intelligent realized this immediately (as someone else pointed out, she may have already discovered his true identity.)

The DNA report confirms they both share a father, but are born from different mothers. What if the man Himekawa thinks is his real father wasn't actually related by blood. What if Himekawa's mother cheated on her husband with the man who would also go on to sleep with Ai?
The DNA report only confirms the two are half-siblings and share the same father, but it does not (and cannot with just their DNA) confirm who the father is.
FYI, with DNA reports, experts are analyzing the DNA between the two parties, looking for similarities. Since the two parties will have large differences in their genetic structure, they're looking for details that one might inherit from their parents. By comparing those traits, they can give a percentage of how likely the two samples gained their traits from the same party. In the case of the show, the experts would have found that the traits received from the mother were too different, but the traits received from the father had a high chance of being from the same donor. A DNA test will never give a 100% probability.

Im not sure it can be either parent that would be their dna share match for half siblings. Unless im misunderstanding the dna report from the other episode that specifically said 98% chance the two share a "Father".

You're right, I completely forgot that Akane may have already figured out the target of Aqua's motivation. If she already knows who Aqua's father is, then the introduction of a false fact that Aqua's father is dead would have triggered that exact emotion on the bridge.
She's terrified because she knows the truth but doesn't want to rob Aqua of the freedom of from his darkness.

I mean there’s a lot of possibility that Akane thinks Aqua just wants to get over it that he overlooked stuff like this. Simpler explanation is that they are just half-siblings (Taiki) which means that either parent could be the other half that he shares with him but no, Aqua just overlooked this simple detail just because he wanted to move on and now Akane realised that Aqua might’ve just taken that info and concluded that he and Taiki shared the same father without looking deep into it. This or at this point, Akane has already leads as to who the real father is and with Aqua saying that he’s dead and Akane’s lead saying that he’s still alive conflicted making her doubt that Aqua looked hard enough. Remember, Akane is basically Batman with prep time.

Loophole: Aqua is forgetting that Himekawa's mom could have been the one to cheat instead of the dad. Akane has noticed this, and that Aqua is so willing for it to all be over that he just can't realize it.
edit: Speaking on IRL examples, what if the murder suicide was the other way around. What if Himekawa's "father" learned his son was not his and ultimately killed his wife before committing suicide?
