So everyone would call him Doldo the Third, But in Japanese the family name remains dominant, its just weird because even though one piece is using a western monarchy template it still has that Japanese cultural imprint.

Therefore, it means that it's the third "Dold" of the Riku family, hence why the numerals are so low despite being an 800-year-old lineage.
