He can deny it all he wants, but regardless of his intentions and motivations, it's his actions that carry through to the people he has saved. Does anyone actually think that the people of Cocoyashi, Skypeia, the Thriller Bark Victim Association, Fishman Island, and the child test subjects of Punk Hazard, and the former Toys, at least the ones who are in the know, not to mention individuals such as Nefertari Cobra and Vivi, Montblanc Cricket, Nami, Robin, Chopper, Usopp, Brook, and Jinbe don't hold him as a hero in their hearts? He's a hero who doesn't want the credit, accolades, or rewards that come with the title. In other words, he's the type of hero that other heroes should aspire to be, even if he rejects the title himself.

Meanwhile Luffy is the best unintentional trash talker, because he regularly verbally ruins his opponents without even noticing.

Just because its so specific to this exact moment, Like this character who just happens to be called law translated from Japanese into English makes it possible to misread brother law as brother in-law.
